Steve Phillabaum

Steve Phillabaum is a seasoned professional in the commercial insurance sector, currently serving as Vice President of Property & Casualty at USI Insurance Services since 2025. With a diverse background that includes roles in project management and operations at Datalogic and Danaher Corporation, Steve has also held leadership positions in various non-profit organizations, including Vice President of the Global War on Terrorism PA Memorial Foundation and Treasurer at the Philadelphia Veterans Parade INC. An accomplished author and dedicated community member, Steve focuses on empowering veterans and their families through initiatives with the Veterans Group and the Veterans Multi-Service Center. Steve holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management from Saint Joseph's University and a B.S. in Engineering and History from the United States Naval Academy.
