Summer Roy

Summer Roy is a dedicated professional in human resources, currently serving as a Regional HRL in the Career Development Program at USI Insurance Services since October 2023. Previously, Summer held the position of Employee Development Specialist at DistributionNOW from February 2021 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Hope For Three in late 2020 and a Facility Supervisor role at Texas A&M Rec Sports from February 2018 to August 2020. Summer earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston, completing studies in 2020.
