Thomas Chatham is the President of the Commercial Division at USI, a position they have held since 2003. Prior to this role, they served as President and CEO of O'Leary Kientz, Inc. from 1980 to 2003, and as National Director of Marketing at Great American Insurance from 1978 to 1980. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1969 to 1973.
