Tom Cassady is the Midwest Region Chair at USI Insurance Services, where they have served since 1999, overseeing 800+ insurance professionals and driving strategic operations for the region, which generates over $200 million in revenue. They also hold the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at UC Health, contributing to the delivery of top-tier healthcare in the community. Previously, Tom founded and led Queen City Insurance Agency, which merged with USI, and served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they are currently the General Fraternity President of Beta Theta Pi, committed to developing individuals of principle. Tom earned a BA in History from the University of Cincinnati.
