Tom Longhta

Tom Longhta serves as the CEO of the Southeast Region at USI Insurance Services, where they advise business leaders on risk management and benefit plan design. Prior to this role, Tom was an EVP and Regional Managing Director at Wells Fargo, overseeing insurance brokerage operations across multiple Southern states. Their career also includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Davis Baldwin Insurance, Marsh, and Aetna Property & Casualty. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and has earned several professional designations, including CPCU, AAI, ARM, and CIC.
