Tyler Saron has a diverse background in both outdoor instruction and employee benefits management. From 2010 to 2018, Tyler served as a Whitewater Kayak Instructor at Rendezvous River Sports, honing skills in outdoor education. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Tyler worked as a Bartender at The Lodge at Spruce Peak from 2018 to 2020, followed by a role as an Employee Benefits Advisor at AssuredPartners from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Tyler holds dual titles as Partner and Vice President of Employee Benefits and Vice President of Select Benefits at USI Insurance Services, starting in March 2024. Tyler is an alumnus of North Carolina State University.
