Before joining USI in 2025, Will held various roles, including positions in business development, engineering, and supply chain at companies such as Batesville and GE Appliances. Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 and has extensive experience in managing B2B sales cycles and building trusted client relationships.
