William McCarthy is the Regional President of Property & Casualty at USI Insurance Services, a position held since 2022. They previously served as Managing Director at Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, and before that, they were President/Regional Partner at Willis from 2006 to 2016.
