Eric Mantel

Eric Mantel, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of External Reporting and Tax at USIC since November 2019, previously holding the role of Director. Responsibilities include the preparation of US GAAP financial statements, managing external audits, conducting financial due diligence on acquisitions, and leading overall tax compliance. Mantel has also established a business license and registration department and oversees various financial programs. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at PwC, where roles ranged from Senior Manager to Director, focusing on audit quality, client relations, and team leadership. Additionally, Mantel is a private investor in PittMoss® and Poppilu. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, along with international study experiences in London and French studies immersion.
