Michael Novicky

Michael Novicky currently serves as the EHS Director for the East Region at USIC, a position held since October 2021, and previously held the title of NE Regional Safety Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Division Manager at Republic Services from March 2020 to October 2021 and a variety of roles at CSX from February 2006 to February 2020, including Assistant Superintendent, Terminal Trainmaster, and Trainmaster. Michael Novicky began education at Bowling Green State University-Firelands, where studies took place from 2004 to 2006.
