Michael Schultz, aPHR, has a diverse background in recruitment and information technology, holding various roles across multiple organizations. Notably, Michael served as a Talent Coordinator at Victory Trades Alliance and a Lead Recruiter at Comfort Experts, Inc., before transitioning to a Forward Signal Chief in the US Army. Additional experience includes roles as a Commissioned Security Officer at Vets Securing America, Information Technology and Automations Lead at the Texas Military Department, and Professional Recruiter at Strom Aviation. Currently, Michael acts as a Consultant at USIC and operates as a Recruitment Consultant in self-employment.
