Ross Earley

Ross Earley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations finance and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Finance at USIC since January 2016, Ross has held multiple roles within the company, including Operations Excellence Manager and Senior Manager of FP&A. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at Element Materials Technology and Accounting Analyst at Veolia Water-North America. Ross began their professional career as a Staff Accountant at Katz Sapper & Miller, LLP and completed an internship in Operations and Strategic Improvement at ADESA. Ross Earley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Citadel, obtained in 2009.
