Todd Kasten

Todd Kasten, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations, compliance, and operational management. Currently serving as a Field Human Resources Generalist at USIC since July 2021, Todd provides support to management teams while conducting investigations to foster a positive work culture. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Triumph Foods, Todd managed employee relations for 2,700 employees, ensuring compliance with Union agreements and streamlining processes. At Acclimated Climate Solutions, Todd implemented new recruitment programs to enhance HR operations. Earlier roles included Training and Compliance Manager at H&R Block and HR Manager at Kool Guys Mechanical, where Todd focused on policy development and operational improvements. Educationally, Todd holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, all from the University of Phoenix.
