Tom Cabot

Tom Cabot is an experienced Regional Director at USIC, overseeing an $85M operation and managing a sizeable team of 850 Field Technicians, 50 Field Supervisors, 5 District Managers, and 2 Operations Managers since 2016. Previously, Tom served as District Manager at United States Infrastructure Corp., Inc. from 1999 to 2015, where responsibilities included refining monitoring metrics and managing a team of up to 125 field technicians. Earlier roles included Field Supervisor, where Tom focused on optimizing staff performance and enforcing company policies, and Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting and staffing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University.
