Romain Decool

Romain Decool currently serves as the Director of Recruitment at USL Dunkerque since November 2023. Prior to this role, Romain held the position of Senior Scout at Clermont Foot 63 from March 2023 to November 2023, and worked as a Collaborator at Agence 442 from June 2019 to February 2023. Romain Decool's academic background includes a Doctorate in Law focused on "La tierce-propriété" from Université Côte d'Azur, completed in November 2022, as well as a Master II in Sports Law from the same institution (2014-2015) and a Master I in Business Law from Université du Droit et de la Santé (Lille II) (2013-2014).
