Bill Cavanaugh is a founding partner of USModular Inc., where they serve as COO, specializing in modular construction for single family homes, multifamily projects, and commercial buildings. With a background that includes developing a 400+ hospital network for Med Care Advantage, Inc. as President, they have extensive experience in healthcare and construction sectors. Bill holds an MBA from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut, along with training in philanthropy from the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy. Additionally, Bill co-founded MYADU4Less.com, focusing on prefabricated Accessory Dwelling Units in Southern California.
