Anthony Spinler

Anthony Spinler, PMP, PE, is a retired Navy Captain and the founder of DNA Argonauts, where they provide fractional executive leadership and consulting in the technology and energy sectors. With a robust background in operations and product management, they previously managed a $312M P&L and led significant business transformations at various leading firms, including Enhanced Drilling and Weatherford. Anthony also offers leadership coaching and has directed operations for the U.S. Navy Reserve, enhancing human resource policies for thousands of personnel. They earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
