Ashley Bauer

Ashley Bauer has a background in development and donor relations within the non-profit sector. With experience ranging from managing regional development and donor relations to coordinating volunteers and donors, Ashley has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation, Martha's Table, Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, and The Mariners' Museum and Park. Holding a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts Management from Randolph-Macon College, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their roles in fundraising and development.
