Ingar Grev

Ingar Grev is a seasoned business development executive currently at MFCP, where they focus on engaging with the US Department of Defense, particularly in shipbuilding and aerospace. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, Ingar has successfully led technology development, improved operations, and driven sales growth during their tenure at companies like 3M and Raytheon. Previously, Ingar owned The Growth Coach's DC office and has served as a presenter coach for the Big Idea CONNECTpreneur Forum. Initially trained as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, Ingar has leveraged their engineering expertise and leadership experience to aid various organizations, including Capital One and Northrop Grumman.
