Crystal Gates

Crystal Gates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and program coordination within military and community service sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Center Operations and Programs Manager at USO since January 2022, Crystal has previously held key positions such as Center Operations and Programs Manager at Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) and Deployment Readiness Coordinator for multiple Marine Corps units. With a background that includes director-level roles at Blue Star Families and hands-on experience as a Birth Doula, Crystal has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to support military families and coordinate complex programs. Additional roles include positions in childcare, customer service management, and event coordination, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership and support services.
