Janet Morse is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, program management, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Center Operations & Programs Manager at the USO since February 2023, Janet previously held the position of Center Operations Supervisor from February to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing operational procedures and supervising volunteers. Prior experience includes roles at UBS spanning from April 2011 to March 2019, where Janet held positions such as Director of the Service Management Center of Excellence and Associate Director for various IT functions. Earlier, Janet worked at UBS in global cost transparency project implementation and served as an Associate Director. At Morgan Stanley, from January 1999 to December 2005, Janet held the positions of Vice President for Business Management in Customer Engineering & Support and Telecommunications, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic enhancements for senior management. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University at Albany.
