Larry B.

Larry B. is currently the Area Operations Manager for the USO and has extensive experience in business development, multi-billion dollar proposal management, and aerospace project management. Previously, Larry held various roles at Lockheed Martin, including Director of Campaign Strategy and Operations, where they oversaw significant capture processes and proposal operations. With a background as a Satellite System Engineer in the United States Air Force, Larry also worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on new business capture and proposal management. Larry earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University and pursued legal studies at Rice University.
