Marci Atkinson

Marci Atkinson is an experienced professional in event coordination and program management, currently serving as the Transition Programs Coordinator at USO since July 2023, overseeing virtual events and managing logistics, communication, and participant engagements. Prior to this role, Marci worked as the Events and Program Associate at the Alliance for Health Policy, where responsibilities included designing and executing a range of health policy events and managing speaker experiences. Marci's extensive background includes over 14 years at the Baptist Health Foundation, where leadership included managing a team for annual fundraising events and developing strategic fundraising and marketing plans. Marci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Columbus State University and has further education from the London School of Photography.
