Mark Hauer

Mark Hauer is an experienced senior leader in strategic planning and human resources with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Special Assistant to the CEO at USO since February 2018, Mark previously held the role of Head of Human Resources at the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, where a focus on cultural transformation and employee development was evident. Additional roles at BizFlow Corp. included HR Manager, overseeing comprehensive HR functions, while earlier positions at Lockheed Martin involved project management and strategic planning for health benefits. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University and an MBA from Strayer University.
