Tim Paynter is a seasoned communication and marketing leader currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Communications at BAE Systems, Inc. Since 2021, Tim has been dedicated to ensuring effective strategy and execution result in impactful outcomes. With previous leadership roles at EADS North America, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and as a Chief Journalist in the US Navy, Tim brings extensive experience to their endeavors. Tim also actively contributes to the community as a board member for the United States Navy Memorial, the USO Mid-Atlantic Advisory Board, and the Armed Services YMCA National Headquarters. Tim is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Thomas Edison State University while also receiving education from the Defense Information School and Northrop Grumman.
