Hans Berkhout

Head Of Customer Success at USoft

Hans Berkhout has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked at Amaryllis Sales Research as a Telemarketer and later as a Project Manager until 2012. In 2012, they also had roles as a Klantcontact at Goldcar and as a Member of the SVIA Congress Committee. Hans was also a Member of the Information Science Committee, where they co-founded the committee and organized events for fellow students. In 2013, they joined Care2Contact as a Manager of ICT & Projects until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Betty Blocks as a Partner Success Manager. Hans then took on various roles at Betty Blocks, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and finally Channel Director until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at USoft B.V.

Hans Berkhout attended Murmellius Gymnasium from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Gymnasium. Hans then attended Huygens College from 2007 to 2009 and earned their VWO degree. From 2012 to 2016, they studied Informatiekunde at Universiteit van Amsterdam.
