Brandy Leonard

Brandy Leonard, PMP, ITIL, currently serves as the Director of IT Operations at US Pharmacopeia since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading diverse teams in Network and Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, and End User Services. Achievements include establishing an IT end user support service for a 1000 user science organization with ServiceNow and enhancing user satisfaction from 88% to 95% over three years. Previous experience includes a role as Sr Technology Director at CSC Digital Brand Services, where management of a global agile development team resulted in the creation of an ML algorithm for security applications. Brandy also held multiple positions at Presidio, driving noteworthy revenue growth through managed services offerings and building an ITIL-based support team.
