G. Michael Wall

G. Michael Wall, Ph.D. is an accomplished professional in the field of medicinal chemistry with extensive experience across various roles in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and a member of the Therapeutic Matching Committee Leadership Group for the Undiagnosed Diseases Network, Wall is also an Expert Committee Member for the US Pharmacopeia and holds significant consulting positions with multiple pharmaceutical companies. As Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of NACUITY PHARMACEUTICALS, Inc., and Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Sound Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Wall has led numerous development projects focused on innovative therapies for unmet medical needs. In previous roles, Wall has managed Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) projects, developing novel anti-inflammatory drugs and overseeing clinical trials. Wall holds a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Mississippi, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemistry, respectively, from Auburn University.
