Gina Clapper is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Principal Scientist for Foods at US Pharmacopeia since 2017. Gina held the position of Regional Quality Manager for Chemistry in North America at Mérieux NutriSciences from 2015 to 2017, and worked as a Technical Specialist at AOCS from 2001 to 2015.
