Jeffery Johnson

Jeffery Johnson, MBA has over 12 years of experience in various roles at US Pharmacopeia. Jeffery is currently the Director of Business Operations, where they lead a team responsible for operational excellence and digital/business transformation. Previously, they worked as a Sr. Program Improvement Manager, Sr. Manager of Business Process Efficiency, Sr. Manager of Quality Excellence and Training, Manager of Validation, and Validation Engineer. Throughout their career, Jeffery has been instrumental in implementing process improvements, managing budgets, and achieving cost savings for the organization.

Jeffery Johnson, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Chemistry) from Old Dominion University. Jeffery also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Penn State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeffery has several certifications including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Customer-Focused Product and Service Design Certification from Cornell University, Lean Management Certification from the Council for Six Sigma Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Penn State University, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Villanova University.
