Jemma Williams, MBA, CQA, currently serves as the Lead CQA for the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) since October 2016, conducting annual audits for Dietary Supplement companies per CFR Part 111. As the Owner, President, and CEO of J Consulting Services Inc. since September 2007, Jemma provides consulting services to pharmaceutical and medical device clients, focusing on quality assurance program development, documentation control, CAPA, and training, among other areas. Previous experience includes roles as a Quality System Consultant for QuVa Pharma, Par Pharmaceutical, and a consultant for CorePharma and Monosol Rx, as well as Director of Quality Operations at LexaMed and Head of Quality Control at Nostrum Laboratories. Jemma holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Chemistry from Coppin State University.
