John Daly has extensive experience in IT and laboratory systems, currently serving as Supervisor of Laboratory Systems and Informatics at the United States Pharmacopeia since October 2014, and previously held roles such as Supervisor IT Lab Support and Informatics Specialist III within the same organization. Daly has been part of US Pharmacopeia since June 2013 and has a long tenure at United Communications Group, beginning in 1994, where various roles included Assistant Manager of Help Desk and Help Desk Specialist. Additional experience includes a position as Helpdesk Specialist at CCSi from January 2005 to November 2006 and a similar role at The Ballenger Group from July 2003 to January 2005.
