Jon Dobson

Jon Dobson is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, strategic communications, and public affairs within the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors. As a Senior ESG Manager at the US Pharmacopeia from February 2021 to October 2023, Jon led the development and implementation of the organization's ESG strategy. Prior experience at AdvaMed included serving as Associate Vice President for Public Affairs, where Jon directed media relations for various departments and executed significant public affairs campaigns, including efforts to repeal the medical device excise tax. Additionally, Jon held editorial roles at Elsevier, overseeing production and editorial direction for key publications in the medical device, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.
