Jonathan Lau

Jonathan Lau is an innovative leader currently serving as the Manager of Documentary Standards & Compendial Policy at U.S. Pharmacopeia since 2015. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager in Portfolio and Program Management at the same organization. Before U.S. Pharmacopeia, Jonathan worked at BioReliance as a Supervisor in In Vivo Cytogenetics and as an Associate Scientist III, where they coordinated pre-clinical studies and improved processes. Earlier in their career, they contributed to Covance as a Senior Research Associate, presenting scientific research at various conferences. Jonathan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Spanish, and Religion from Hampden-Sydney College.
