Josh Erickson

Josh Erickson is a Senior Director of Microbiology at US Pharmacopeia, where they currently lead microbiology pipeline and operations. Josh is also the co-founder and President of Stratix Labs, a company acquired by US Pharmacopeia in 2024, and has significant experience developing microbiology products across various industries. Previously, they held positions as a microbial engineer at Rebiotix, a senior product development engineer at 3M, and a microbiologist at Medivators. Holding an M.S. in Microbial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Business Administration, Josh is also an inventor on 18 patents and patent applications.
