Kaitlin Baumer

Kaitlin Baumer, CAE, PMP, currently serves as the Pharmaceutical Continuous Manufacturing Community Engagement Manager at US Pharmacopeia since November 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Marketing at the Manufactured Housing Institute and Director of Marketing & Communications at the Autoimmune Association, where significant achievements involved website redesign, rebranding, and the growth of digital communication channels. At the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, Kaitlin managed community and social media initiatives and enhanced engagement across platforms. Earlier roles at Animal Welfare Approved and Redpoint Marketing PR focused on public relations and communication strategies. Kaitlin holds a degree in Communication and Psychology with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Maryland.
