Marian Amoa is an experienced professional in equity, inclusion, and performance measurement. As the Director of Equity & Inclusion at US Pharmacopeia since May 2022, Marian has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at the Annie E. Casey Foundation from 2013 to 2022, where leadership focused on program performance measurement and management. Prior to that, Marian was the Director of Program Data, Research, & Results at United Way of Central Maryland and served as a Program Officer for Quality and Performance Improvement at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Performance Measurement Certificate from Rutgers University - Newark, a Certified Professional Diversity Coach certification from the Coach Diversity Institute, and degrees in French and Spanish and Communication Studies from the University of Ghana.
