Mary Foster

Mary Foster, PharmD, serves as the Vice President of Quality Operations at TOLMAR Inc. since 2017, leading a team of 220 quality assurance professionals within a pharmaceutical company focused on complex dermatology and injectable products. With extensive experience in quality management and regulatory affairs, Mary has held significant roles at various organizations, including Chair of the Expert Committee on Packaging, Storage & Distribution at US Pharmacopeia and Global Head of Quality at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, where quality management systems were notably established. Prior engagements include leadership positions at Aphena Pharma Solutions and Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Mary successfully strengthened compliance and regulatory frameworks across multiple sites globally. Mary holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Kentucky University.
