Pankaj Deshpande

Pankaj Deshpande is a Senior Scientist at US Pharmacopeia, specializing in the development of documentary standards since 2025. With approximately 15 years of experience in analytical research, Pankaj has a deep expertise in inhalation and injectable formulations, having previously held positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, SUN PHARMA, Novartis, and Lupin. They have successfully developed and validated analytical methods in compliance with regulatory standards and have a strong collaborative approach, facilitating effective communication across cross-functional teams. Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance in Pharmaceuticals and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
