Richard Lew

Richard Lew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Pharmacopeial Collaboration Manager at US Pharmacopeia since April 2013, Richard leads projects that enhance processes and manages collaborations, including the Pharmacopeial Discussion Group. Prior roles include Team Lead at US Pharmacopeia, overseeing multiple Expert Committees, and Scientist II, where Richard coordinated the launch of a stability lab. Previous experience includes positions at AstraZeneca as Associate Scientist I, Biovail Technologies as Scientist I, Talecris Biotherapeutics as Associate Research Scientist, and Eno River Labs as Analyst. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
