Rick Rhoads

Rick Rhoads, Pharm.D., serves as a member of the Compounding Expert Committee at US Pharmacopeia since August 2020 and has been the Director of Compounding at University Compounding Pharmacy since April 2007, where oversight of quality and regulatory compliance for sterile and non-sterile compounding operations is a primary responsibility. Prior roles include Lead Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, managing sterile room operations and implementing quality assurance improvements, and Compounding Pharmacist, focusing on patient-specific non-sterile preparations. Additionally, Rick Rhoads founded BioRenew Skincare from August 2011 to January 2016, creating a skincare brand targeting women in midlife. Earlier, a staff pharmacist position at Walgreens involved responsibilities in HIV/AIDS and pain management.
