Sheila Mugabe is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in analytical chemistry, particularly in LC-MS and protein characterization. Currently serving as a Sr Scientist I at US Pharmacopeia since June 2021, Sheila previously held positions at MacroGenics, Inc. as a Scientist and at Novavax as a Sr. Development Associate, focusing on method development for therapeutic proteins. Earlier roles included R&D Associate II at MedImmune, where characterization of immunoglobulins was performed, and various chemist positions at Eurofins and Allergan, emphasizing physicochemical analytical methods and trace metals analysis.
