Steve Rau

Steve Rau has been with the United States Pharmacopeia since August 2006, serving as the Sr. Manager of Reference Standards Evaluation, where leadership is provided to a team of technical staff. Previously, Steve Rau held the position of Reference Standards Scientist, managing a diverse portfolio of small molecule USP reference standards, overseeing various stages from candidate acquisition to market release while maintaining integrity throughout development. Prior experience includes serving as Section Head of Analytical Development at Roxane Laboratories, Inc. from May 1995 to August 2006. Steve Rau earned a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Biology from Ohio University between 1990 and 1995.
