Jay Stokes

Jay Stokes has a diverse work experience starting in 1974 as a Special Forces Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army. Jay gained 24 years of professional training, management, and technical experience during this time. Jay'sresponsibilities included planning, programming and budgeting, requirements analysis, program management, test and evaluation, personnel supervision, and professional development. Jay then became President of the United States Parachute Association in 1978. In 1998, Jay Stokes joined Certification Unlimited, Inc as President, where they served as a master trainer for all civilian skydiving and military jump-related activities. Jay trained skydivers, conducted student operations, and certified persons to conduct certification courses as Instructor Examiners.

Jay Stokes completed a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Security Management from Webster University. Jay attended the university from 1990 to 1993.
