Ronald Bell has a diverse work experience in the skydiving industry. Ronald started in 2007 as a Tandem Instructor at Skydive Twin Cities and went on to become an AFF and Tandem Instructor at Skydive Spaceland Houston from 2008 to 2010. Ronald then worked as a Videographer and AFF/Tandem Instructor at Skydive San Marcus in 2010. In 2011, they joined Westside Skydivers as the Chief Instructor for the Student Program, where they redesigned their program to align with the USPA's Integrated Student Program. Additionally, in 2011 they worked at Xcelskydiving.com as an AFF, Tandem, and Coach Examiner. Their most recent position is with the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA), where they have served as the Pacific Regional Director and the Director of Safety and Training since 2018. In these roles, Ronald has been responsible for various tasks such as developing curricula, administering training programs, promoting safety awareness, and coordinating communication and research efforts.
