Kevin Beasley is a seasoned professional in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the Director of Contractor Acquisition at USPack since February 2023. With a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition, Beasley has held various managerial and director-level positions at companies including Action Resources, Inc., GXO Logistics, and ArcBest, where responsibilities encompassed driver recruitment, independent contractor program development, and retention strategies. Previous roles also include management of recruiting and safety at Fed Ex Custom Critical and McILvaine Trucking, where significant achievements included improving operational compliance and successfully navigating DOT audits.
