Lee Garber

Lee Garber is a General Partner at NewSpring Capital, where they have been instrumental since 2012 in managing over $2.5 billion and supporting the growth of high-performing companies in the lower-middle market. Previously, Lee served as a Board Member and Chief Administrative Officer at Avantus Federal from 2018 to 2022 and held the position of Senior Analyst at Versa Capital Management from 2007 to 2010. Lee was also a Summer Associate at OMERS Private Equity in 2011 and co-founded The Spruce Foundation, where they contributed significantly until 2012. They hold a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from New York University.
