Cathy Weaver

Cathy Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cathy began their career as an Administrator at Miller's Merry Manor in 1995 before moving on to become an Administrator at Chateau Care Center the following year. In 1997, they joined Somerset CPAs, P.C. as a Senior Manager, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc as a Regional Vice President of Operations, overseeing nine surgical facilities in three states. In 2020, they transitioned to U.S. Renal Care, where they held the role of Regional Vice President of Operations, responsible for managing 23 Dialysis Programs in Ohio. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Development for Denovo and Relocation at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. In these roles, they have demonstrated proficiency in operations, finance, partnership management, and recruiting and retaining surgeons and providers.

Cathy Weaver earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
