Joe Spano is a seasoned professional in corporate development and valuation within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Development / M&A at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Manager in Healthcare Valuation & Advisory at Weaver and managed Valuation/Transaction Advisory Services at VMG Health, providing expertise in business valuations and financial due diligence. Early in the career, Joe was a financial analyst with the Toronto Blue Jays and also played as a professional baseball player in the minor leagues.
