Kym Rhee

Kym Rhee, MBA, serves as the Regional Director of Client Operations/CBO at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since October 2021, providing leadership and oversight in financial reporting and human resources across revenue cycle management for ambulatory surgery centers. Previously, Kym held the position of Director for multiple healthcare facilities, including 436 Beverly Hills, LLC, Innova Surgery Centers, Bedford Breast Center, and Cassileth Plastic Surgery, where responsibilities encompassed revenue cycle management and process implementation that increased efficiency. Kym’s extensive background at United Surgical Partners International, from Director of the Pacific Regional CBO to Regional Business Office Manager, included overseeing billing operations and managing staff across numerous medical practices. Earlier experience at Tenet Healthcare involved supervising Medi-Cal eligibility programs and coordinating patient financial assistance. Kym holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge.
